About The Coach

Hi! My name’s Sean!

I work with people who are used to holding everything together. People who are capable, thoughtful, and dependable, yet often feel overwhelmed, tense, or disconnected from themselves beneath the surface.

My work is about helping you come back to your own center. Not by fixing you or pushing you harder, but by helping you feel safer inside yourself, trust your own voice, and stop abandoning yourself in the process of meeting everyone else’s expectations.

I didn’t arrive here by accident.

For a long time, I was deeply disconnected from my own sense of power. I learned how to adapt early. How to manage myself. How to be what was needed. Without realizing it, that shaped my relationships, my self-image, and the way I moved through the world.

Things began to change when I started allowing parts of myself I had learned to suppress. Softer parts. More intuitive parts. Parts I had been taught to dismiss or override. My wife played a huge role in that shift. She believed in me before I could fully believe in myself. Experiencing that kind of steady, nonjudgmental support changed my life, and it deeply shaped how I now work with others.

Even before I became a coach, people came to me when they felt stuck. When they were overwhelmed by their own thoughts. When they needed help untangling emotions, patterns, or decisions that felt too complex to face alone. I’ve always been good at noticing patterns, gently challenging unhelpful narratives, and helping people see themselves more clearly without shaming or pushing.

To support that work, I’ve trained under a Harvard-affiliated psychiatrist, a former Amazon VP turned career coach, and a licensed therapist. I earned my Master Coaching Certificate through the Healthy Gamer Institute and now work with over 40 clients a week, with a 98% satisfaction score across more than 1,800 ratings.

What matters most to me, though, isn’t the list. It’s the experience people have in the room.

My approach is grounded, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your you. We slow things down enough for real change to happen. We make space for emotion, insight, and forward movement without forcing breakthroughs or pretending you should already have it all figured out.

If you’re looking for a place where you don’t have to perform, impress, or be the strongest one in the room, I’d be glad to work with you. And if I’m not the right fit, I’ll help you find someone who is.

You deserve support that actually feels supportive.
